  1. Look in the mirror and tell yourself 3 things you love about yourself
  2. Write down something that you want to learn more about
  3. Pick one item you can donate to a local charity
  4. Set a timer and meditate for 5 minutes
  5. Take a walk outside without your phone
  6. Make something with your hands
  7. Wear something that makes you feel fabulous
  8. Share something with someone you love
  9. Write someone a note telling them something about them that inspires you
  10. Call someone you miss
  11. Write down three things you are proud of
  12. Organize your workspace
  13. Don’t spend any money today
  14. Sing your favorite song out loud
  15. Write down three things that make you feel grounded
  16. Spend 30 minutes away from technology
  17. Spend a whole day with no music, tv, or books.
  18. Set your timer and meditate for 10 minutes
  19. Give someone you don’t know a compliment
  20. Organize a room in your house
  21. Try a new physical activity
  22. Sit outside for 15 minutes, close your eyes and actively listen to the sounds of life around you
  23. Make eye-contact with someone for one minute straight without exchanging any words
  24. Write down 3 accomplishments you are proud of
  25. Spend 30 minutes with your self in silence with no media (books, music, tv)
  26. Appreciate something greater than you, write it down
  27. Unsubscribe from e-mail lists you don’t need
  28. Tell someone you love them
  29. Write down the best piece of advice you’ve received from someone you look up to
  30. Write down 5 things you are grateful for
