- Write down something that you want to learn more about
- Pick one item you can donate to a local charity
- Set a timer and meditate for 5 minutes
- Take a walk outside without your phone
- Make something with your hands
- Wear something that makes you feel fabulous
- Share something with someone you love
- Write someone a note telling them something about them that inspires you
- Call someone you miss
- Write down three things you are proud of
- Organize your workspace
- Don’t spend any money today
- Sing your favorite song out loud
- Write down three things that make you feel grounded
- Spend 30 minutes away from technology
- Spend a whole day with no music, tv, or books.
- Set your timer and meditate for 10 minutes
- Give someone you don’t know a compliment
- Organize a room in your house
- Try a new physical activity
- Sit outside for 15 minutes, close your eyes and actively listen to the sounds of life around you
- Make eye-contact with someone for one minute straight without exchanging any words
- Write down 3 accomplishments you are proud of
- Spend 30 minutes with your self in silence with no media (books, music, tv)
- Appreciate something greater than you, write it down
- Unsubscribe from e-mail lists you don’t need
- Tell someone you love them
- Write down the best piece of advice you’ve received from someone you look up to
- Write down 5 things you are grateful for
